My very pessimistic view and prediction for the second half is we come out slow and we lose our first four games and then we start to pick it up again. I just feel like we're going to get out coached every night no matter what Joel Embiid does.

I'm a sixers fan, this just waste of time. Harden done this to 3 teams. If sixers don't over pay him, Harden will leave. We need focus on our season because things go right, this be really bad. Harden leaving, tobias contract, will maxey want max extension coming off bench, could doc last year, Morey be gone for bad decisions. U could get heild n Haliburton w two 1st rounders but took Harden route, which cool but can't overpay player, not elite that already leaving. Then lose 2nd rounders on house n pj, really!!! But waste time on simmons that millionaire, lol. I wish had those millionaire problems!! Focus on our team!! Lastly Nets got nice deep roster w draft picks. Hope last podcast on simmons, I thought he in jail for something illegal, lol
i think looking over are schedule we should go about 16-9 and finish 54-28 which outside of covid year should be the best season we’ve had with Embiid
Eastwood we know how this is going to end, yes. The sixers have Glenn Rivers as coach and Darl Morley as GM, both love old players.
Example, if the sixers had taken the King's deal, the sixers maybe in the lottery for you know who. Why because Ben Simmons be on the kings team and whey would stink.
This is the pattern of the sixers wanting old players, Paul Reed will go back on the bench as soon as he makes a mistake.
Roast Ben Simmons all day. He wasted a first round pick. The only thing the sixers need is to REBOUND. You cant be great and be 28th in the league for rebounding. REBOUNDING!!!

I agree with everything you said about what Glenn Needs to do. I would like to see Paul Reed and Joel in the same line-up with Joel at the top of the key it will free up Paul for easy dunks and layups sadly Glenn will not do it, and he said he was at the start of the season. PJ Tucker and George Niang at power forward is not going to get you to the finals, too small and too slow. Or play Jalen at power forward at times.

That Indy game, Embiid ALWAYS owns Turner so I'm expecting some spots where Theis tries to body up Joel because he's the only big we have with his body type. Pacers could indeed beat the Sixers but it's gonna be a very tough matchup for them and I expect a pretty darn good game as they are both my two favorite teams. I also expect Isiah Jackson to get some run when Paul Reed is on the floor. Good luck!
I think Harden will leave Philly if they don't at least make it to the ECF, and he will have a lot of suiters.

Paul Reed needs to see consistent backup center minutes for the rest of the season to iron out the issues he's had with fouling, chemistry, and overall game IQ before the playoffs come around.

Agree with your takes here except Thybulle. I recall you at the end of last season screaming he can't dribble he can't shoot he can't play basketball he's overrated defender etc… there'd be an idiot GM out to take him who only watches his highlights. But now we didn't give him a chance? We don't have a decade to wait for him to learn basketball. Matisse was starting consistently at one point. He had plenty of chances. He sucks. You were right when you said that.

Let me tell you what I think will happen with the Sixers. I really hope you read this. The Sixers will be outed in the conference championship Glenn rivers will be fired they will bring in Ime Udoka! But what the Sixers will discover is They brought in this coach too late because James Harden will be gone Montrell Harrell Daniel house fKorkmas and Tobias Harris. They will not be Sixers next year but I do believe the Sixers will get Bradley Beal next year, in addition to signing a permanent back up for Joel
Maxey needs to learn how to pass when he drives he's like a damn horse with blinders on. He doesn't play well against bigger guards those are the games he struggles when they batch slap him around the corn. Maxey needs to stay on the bench there is literally no bench scoring on the sixes: Milton only looks to shoot and never passes the ball, Melton is too inconsistent so might as well use him on the starting 5 for his defensive prowess.
16-9 would only prove we can't compete with good teams, we need a victory against the Celtics to prove to ourselves that we can beat them, we've been winning against the best teams all season except for the Celtics it's imperative we get this win, 19-6 20-5 would be a great confidence booster for the 76ers going into the playoffs

I'm really glad we have a tough schedule for the remainder of the szn, it will show what we are made of looking towards the playoffs. Health is obviously the main key. Also, being able to produce when Joel is sitting is very important as well. Hopefully (wishful thinking) doc will not be an egghead this offs (LOL). But idk why, i think this is our year to make it past the 2nd round, if the philly sports tradition this year is true.. but MAYBE Joel, James, Maxey and TOBIAS (JK) can take us to the promised land, finally.
I predict the 76ers being a 1st seed in the East
