As a Clipper fan I really think Russ will like being a Clipper more simply because the Clipper has a different culture than the Lakers. Their culture is not hostile like the Lakers and there are more team spirit, respect and value of each player. Hope he excels in his new role. Were not looking for him to score 20+ points but to take good shots, hustle and find open shooters. This Clipper team has so much scorer so Clipper is not asking him to do everything. The only thing I worry about is the stupid unforced turnovers! We already have Turnover prone in Paul George and now Russ. Hope they can take care of that part.

His assists are empty, they are usually to players who have to hit a contested shot. Hardly ever do you see him make an assist where the pass is the reason for the score. Yet he somehow leads the world in turnovers… His rebounds are empty rebounds that he either takes away from his teammates or he gets by letting the man he is defending blow by him simply so he can chase him to the rim and be in a better position for a rebound. He is capable of playing good defense but he plays bad defense by design to increase his offensive totals/Triple Doubles. Defense doesn’t get you paid. His points are the most inefficient points in the NBA. The teammates see this selfish attitude and it impacts the locker room. Everything about him as a basketball player is bad.

Hay, this ya boy, i do believe Russell W. will do great for the Clippers and to be able to help both Kawhi & P. G, get easy shots, along with the rest of the team, but my personal opinion, i do feel Coach Ty, should allow him to come off the bench after Norman P, and just let him be the player he normally played as in his younger days of playing basket ball, also let Russ, know don't play with any chip or personal grudge on his shoulders and in his heart, especially against the Lakers, if he truely wants to move on in a peaceful manner, and be of a great impact to the Clippers goals of Winning a Championship for this 2023 NBA season, for many will be looking for him to take revenge on the Lakers, but please do know that the (Bible) says, vengence is the Lord, (Romans ch12:19) and sometimes the (Good Lord) allows us to go true hard times and also bad times to help bring out the very best (Character) in us, because if Russ, didn't go through what he had gone through with the Lakers, he wouldn't have gotten this chance to be a L.A. Tyronn lue has to be the most overhyped coach ever , hasn’t done anything since the cavaliers he will not have any effect on Russell what room because you jus can’t win with Russ on your team there’s a reason this is his 6th team in 5 years , commits at least 4 turn overs a game and that’s on a good night , shoots below 30 percent from 3& midrange and is even the lowest percentage in his career at the rim , All Facts !!!

I like that Ty Lue said "It's my job to see that this combination of players work the right way". That's something that wasn't being done on Westbrook's last team. There was a lot of finger pointing from everyone on his last team from the players and the press. The Lakers players lack of support for Westbrook was shown by their by the silence when the press blamed every loss on him. Especially from the star players who missed so many games because of minor injuries while Russ was on court every game.
